The WASPL platform is free software, distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. A commercial licence is available for proprietary uses or specific integrations.

Privacy

This site collects as little as possible. It sets no cookies, uses no trackers and loads nothing from third-party services: fonts and images are served from our own server. The controller of the data described below is Jean-Philippe Rivière (Wiquid), who alone manages the site.

  • Server logs. The server records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. They serve only the security and operation of the site, and are kept for 12 months at most.
  • E-mails. If you write to us, your address and your message are used only to reply and to follow up the exchange. They are kept for no longer than three years after the last contact.
  • Audience measurement. None at present. If one is added, it will be self-hosted and cookieless, and this page will be updated first.
  • Working paper requests. A form to request the working paper is planned. This page will describe it before it goes online, and your consent will be asked separately.
  • GitHub. The WASPL code is hosted on GitHub. When you visit the repository, GitHub’s own privacy policy applies; this site sends nothing to GitHub.

Your data is not sold or shared. Only Jean-Philippe Rivière and the technical providers of the site have access to it. The site and the e-mail service are hosted by IONOS, within the European Union.

Your rights. Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted, and receive it in a portable format. Write to jean-philippe.riviere@wiquid.fr; we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
